By registering, onboarding, or operating as a Solar Sourcing Associate ("Associate") with Shreeja Infratech ("Company"), you explicitly agree to adhere to the following comprehensive terms, conditions, and operational guidelines. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, blacklisting, and potential legal action.
- Independent Business Partner Status
The Associate is engaged solely as an independent business partner and contractor. This agreement does not establish any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. The Associate shall not be entitled to any fixed salary, employee benefits, or statutory employment rights.
- Lead Authenticity & Customer Consent
All leads submitted via the portal must be genuine, unique, and gathered with the explicit, informed consent of the customer for solar installation inquiries. Submitting fake, duplicate, spam, or unverified leads will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending payouts.
- Mandatory Site Survey & Prohibition of Unauthorized Quotations
Associates are strictly prohibited from providing final financial quotations or cost estimates prior to a formal technical site survey conducted and approved by Shreeja Infratech's technical team. Only official promotional brochure pricing or tentative rates may be shared. The Company shall not honor unauthorized quotes, and all liabilities arising from false commitments rest solely with the Associate.
- Strict Ban on Unauthorized Cash Collection
Associates are unauthorized to collect cash, cheques, or direct payments from customers on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization. All official financial transactions must be routed exclusively through official bank accounts or approved payment gateways. The Company holds zero liability for financial disputes arising from unauthorized cash collections.
- Minimum Activity & Inactivity Account Hold (3-Month Rule)
To maintain active portal status, the Associate must generate at least one valid, verified lead or business transaction within every consecutive three (3) month period. Failure to do so will result in the temporary suspension or deactivation of portal access and Associate ID.
- Client Poaching & Direct Dealing Prohibited
Associates shall not bypass the Company to deal directly with manufacturers, installation teams, or customers introduced through the platform. Any attempt at client poaching or side-dealing will lead to permanent blacklisting and legal proceedings for breach of contract.
- Brand, Logo & Unauthorized Marketing Restrictions
Associates cannot utilize the "Shreeja Infratech" name, trademark, or logo for unauthorized visiting cards, flex banners, letterheads, or independent digital/social media paid advertisements without prior written consent from management.
- Data Privacy, Forgery & Criminal Action
Customer data (including electricity bills, Aadhaar cards, contact numbers, and addresses) is strictly confidential. Uploading forged documents, fake KYC, or altered electricity bills will lead to immediate criminal prosecution and police complaints against the Associate.
- Post-Termination Rights & Forfeiture
Upon termination, suspension, or deactivation of an account, the Associate completely forfeits any right or claim over pending or future payouts from previously submitted leads. All company data and records must be permanently deleted.
- Intoxication & Maintenance of Company Image
Consuming intoxicants (alcohol, drugs, etc.) during working hours or while representing the Company in the field is strictly prohibited. Engaging in misconduct that tarnishes the Company's reputation will result in immediate termination without notice.
- On-Site Dispute Resolution
In the event of any local dispute or misunderstanding at a customer site, the Associate is responsible for resolving the matter amicably and professionally. Associates shall not unnecessarily pressurize management or drag the Company into avoidable local friction.
- Post-Installation Material Return Restrictions
Once solar material installation is successfully completed, the Associate has no authority to accept returns or alter configurations independently. If a customer demands returns or modifications, the Associate must coordinate through official company channels and guide the customer accordingly.
- Prohibition of Unauthorized Repairs & Tampering
Whether under warranty or post-warranty, unauthorized parts replacement, repairing, uninstallation, or tampering by the Associate or local mechanics is strictly prohibited. All maintenance and servicing rights rest exclusively with Shreeja Infratech's authorized technical team.
- Government Subsidies & Net-Metering Timelines
The Company is not liable for administrative delays caused by government departments or DISCOMs regarding PM Surya Ghar subsidies or net-metering approvals. Associates must not make false guarantees regarding exact government processing timelines.
- Operational Expenses
All day-to-day operational expenses, including local travel, client visits, and telephonic communications, shall be borne exclusively by the Associate. The Company does not provide separate travel allowances (TA/DA).
- Conflict of Interest & Non-Compete
While associated with Shreeja Infratech, the Associate shall not engage with competing rival solar enterprises or disclose proprietary network and operational data.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or legal disagreement arising from this association shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the State of Chhattisgarh.
